Courtyard by Marriott Times Square West

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room has been refurbished recently and was really good. Location is great, super close to the metro, attractions and amenities. We asked for a quiet room and they managed to get us one.

From the moment we walked in, every team member made us feel cared for—from the friendly agent who stored our bags while our room was being prepped to the staff member who warmly checked us in. When my son accidentally spilled a drink and became upset, the agent who assisted us was calm and kind. He reassured us it was no problem, immediately dispatched someone to help clean it up, and even comforted my son—recognizing his feeling were hurt. The highlight of our experience was with the assistant manager (I think)who helped recover my son’s phone, which he’d left behind in the room. Within 10 minutes of my first initial call, she reached out saying his phone was located in the room, guided us clearly on how to retrieve it, and followed up with an email—fulfilling her promise exactly as discussed. She repeatedly emphasized there was no inconvenience, and offered help throughout both our conversations. Overall, the level of care and attention from the entire team exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Amazing location especially if it’s your first time to the city and you are only there for a couple days. Staff was lovely as kind always. The hotel was clean and had all necessary amenities. The hotel itself is in the middle of the city and is walking distance to most sites and transportation links.

Liked everything, we were welcomed heartily by the reception manager steven n we were lucky to have him on duty on the nite we checked in he was superb he guided us so well! The location is good 4 mins walk to metro… cleaning staff was also really great… the room had a efficient refrigerator, iron n the air conditioning was awsum…will book this hotel again because of stevens wonderful attitude!! Steven is surely an asset to your hotel we must say!!!

The staffs were very friendly and approachable. I sent a request prior to our arrival and they remembered it. It really made us happy especially that it was our first time in New York. The bed was comfy. Bedsheets and towels are clean without stains. The size of the room is not so big but more than enough for 2 pax. The location was very accessible, 5-10 mins walk to time square and pretty much walking distance to most of the tourist areas. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the area too. They have microwave in the lobby where you can heat your take out foods. They also have coffee shop inside. Overall, it was a great experience for us and we would come back again.
